Summer Camp
Blessed Sacrament School is offering Summer Camp opportunities in June for Preschool (3 years old) _ fifth grade (up to 10 years old) students Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm on our school/parish campus. All students must be fully potty trained to attend summer camps and VBS. There are Three weekly options to choose from at the school plus VBS will end our month the last week of June (registration for VBS is with the parish office forms will be out soon).
What to Expect each week for the school Summer Camp this summer we will have 3 themes
Each week in June Monday – Friday from 9:00-2pm, up to 20 children will participate in fun themed sessions using fun materials, art, indoor & outdoor activities, snack break, lunch break, and lots of Fun on the school/parish campus with school staff, camp staff, and volunteer helpers. Sessions are for 3 weeks in June. Summer tuition and fees information is below.
What to Bring to our Summer Camps
Water Bottle labeled with first and last name, students may wear summer shorts and t-shirt, and please apply sunscreen before arrival and sneakers. Students need to bring a daily healthy snack and lunch marked with their first and last name. Reminder NO Nuts of any kind please due to allergies.
Themes
Week 1 June 1-5
$250/week
Art & Science Theme
Each day will be filled with fun science and art activities, hands-on experiences, and lots of fun with our school staff and volunteers.
Week 2 June 8-12
$275/week
Kids Cooking Theme
Kids Cooking with Science, this will be a hands-on experience of cooking techniques and equipment, My Plate healthy eating, tasting and preparing simple foods with child safe utensils. We may be using gluten, dairy, fruit, and vegetable products so please let us know of any food allergies. We will fully accommodate Nut allergies for this week (No Nuts will be used). Children will be touching and eating many different ingredients. Learning how cooking and science work together in fun ways.
Week 3 June 15-19
$250/week
STEAM Week with Lego Education program using robotics, Hands on Art & Science.
Each day will be filled with fun science and art activities, hands-on experiences, and lots of fun with our school staff and volunteers.
Week 4 June 22-26
VBS (Vacation Bible School) Registration, cost, and Theme will be available soon from the parish office. This is a week of fun Themed Bible Camp Monday-Friday 9am-noon. VBS takes place all around the Blessed Sacrament School/Parish campus. This event is run by church/school staff members and volunteers. Registration forms will be available on the parish website and school communication system soon.
We anticipate our summer camp to fill up quickly so please turn in the registration form as soon as possible. Prices are per/week regardless of absences. Registration & Payment for VBS will be separate from the 3 weeks of School Summer Camp sessions.
